The Academic and Training Department at Star Kids Grammar Secondary School works closely with teachers to achieve one shared goal — enhancing the quality of teaching and ensuring effective learning for every student. Our well-structured and standardized curriculum has consistently produced excellent academic results in board examinations. The department also runs a Professional Development Program focused on continuous teacher training, while providing essential resources such as Curriculum Resource Packs (CRPs), Daily Lesson Plans (DLPs), and Assessment Packs to support classroom teaching.

The DLPs enable teachers to concentrate on lesson delivery by reducing the time spent on daily planning. Each DLP is carefully designed around the CRPs, promoting interactive and engaging learning experiences. The Curriculum Resource Packs include a well-defined scheme of studies aligned with both private and board-approved publications, developed for two academic terms. By integrating CRPs and DLPs, Star Kids ensures that every class maintains a consistent standard of education, fostering both teacher efficiency and student excellence throughout the academic year.
